When I saw the cute 6x6 canvas in this kit, I knew I had to do something with it! I made a spring/summer canvas in yummy yellow and warm honey brown. I made some great flowers out of the cardstock in the kit and added some of the metal screen and fabric for texture.
I cut the cork in half to use as 'feet' for my canvas...I needed to give it a little height because the roses go off the edge of the canvas along the bottom and I wanted to be able to put it on a table, as opposed to hanging it on the wall.

I decided to finish off the back of my canvas, since I am putting it out on a table. I added another cute, little handmade flower to the back, this one out of the beautiful dragonfly fabric.
OMG! This is so fabulous!!! I love the cork "feet" - that is so clever. All those handmade flowers are amazing! How did you make them? Now I want some! Love all the layers, textures, and embellishments, especially everything flowing off the canvas. Another masterpiece!
